Welcome to Business Connect, a cloud-hosted Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform provided by Sutton Tech LLC ("Sutton Tech," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to, accessing, or using the Business Connect platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Software as a Service Agreement ("Agreement").
Sutton Tech grants you a temporary, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Business Connect cloud platform strictly for your internal business operations.
No Software Transfer: You acknowledge that Business Connect is delivered solely as a hosted service. This Agreement does not grant you any license to underlying software code, object code, or source code. Sutton Tech retains full, exclusive ownership of all software, architecture, intellectual property, and infrastructure used to provide the service. Any downloadable companion applications provided are incidental to the primary hosted service and remain the property of Sutton Tech.

Sutton Tech claims no ownership over the data you input into the platform (including but not limited to client lists, ticketing information, financial data, and hardware inventory). You retain full ownership and responsibility for your data. By using the platform, you grant Sutton Tech the necessary permissions to host, process, and back up this data solely for the purpose of providing the Business Connect service to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sutton Tech LLC, its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
In no event shall Sutton Tech LLC's aggregate liability for all claims related to the service exceed the total amount paid by you to Sutton Tech for the specific service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
